FAQ

Driving System:

Q1. The clutch slips or doesn’t separate.
R: 1. The frictional piece sticks greasiness.
2. The separating bearing presses on the separating lever when combining.
3. The free route of the separating bearing is too long.
4. There is some air in the oil pipe.
5. The frictional piece is broken.
S: 1. Wash with gasoline and get dry.
2. Adjust the length of the push rod on the wheel pump assembly shorter.
3. Adjust the push rod on the wheel pump assembly longer.
4. Make the air out.
5. Change a new frictional piece.

Q2. There is exceptional noise in the transmission box.
R: 1. The gear wears out.
2. There is some exceptional object.
3. The bearing is broken.
S: 1. Change the gear.
2. Clear out the exceptional object.
3. Change the bearing.

Q3. The transmission box can’t engage the gear.
R: Maybe it is because the ball isn’t put into the joint of
the slider.
S: You could reinstall.

Q4. There is exceptional noise in the driving axle.
R: 1. The cone gear wears out or the gap is too large.
2. The differential gear wears out.
3. The cone bearing is broken or wears out.
4. The lubricating oil is insufficient.
S: 1. Change the gear or adjust the clearance.
2. Change the gear.
3. Change the cone bearing.
4. Add the lubricating oil.

Lifting System

Q1. The mast isn’t in the same level when tilting.
R: Maybe because the two tilting cylinder have different track or the size of the tie-in on the cylinder pipe is different.
S: You could adjust the track of the tilting cylinder or change tie-in on the cylinder pipe in the same size.

Q2. The mast can’t lift or tilt without load.
R: Maybe it is because the small hole for flowing of multi-way valve is air-logged.
S: You could maintain it through clearing the stem.

Q3. The speed of backrest and mast is very fast when lowering.
R: Maybe it is because the speed-limited valve on the oil-into hole doesn’t work.
S: You could examine and maintain the speed-limited.

Q4: The backrest and mast tilts and lowers auto matically.
R: Maybe it is because the lifting cylinder or the tilting cylinder leaks too much oil or the multi-way valve leaks too much oil.
S: You could change the cylinders’ oil-seal or maintain the multi-way valve.
